These are the Flight Suits worn by United States Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps pilots. Straight from the military production line, they are manufactured to military specification MIL-C83141A using producer-dyed fabric made from 92% NOMEX® fiber, 5% KEVLAR® fiber, and 3% P-140 anti-static fiber. The zippers are made from NOMEX® with solid brass teeth and the thread is made from KEVLAR®. Meticulous in detail, these are genuine, military issued flight suits.
A flight suit can be a difficult thing to fit correctly. Length is very important with flight suits. If you select a size that's too short, the groin area will ride up uncomfortably. With a one-piece suit, there is no adjusting to lower the inseam! If you're between sizes, we recommend going up a size. Take measurements over the garments you intend to wear under your flight suit!
