Yes! We operate on a live inventory system. If you can add the item to your cart and checkout, then we have the item on hand, ready to ship. The site won't let you purchase an item that is out of stock.

The only exclusions are some custom products like name tapes, however the processing time will always be clearly noted on the item page.

The vast majority of the products we sell are brand new. That said, we do have some items that are previously issued military equipment in serviceable used condition. These items will have (SURPLUS) in the title and note the condition on the item page. Anything in surplus condition will still be in serviceable condition, we don't sell anything with major wear or other issues.

No, we do not.

We offer an in-store 10% discount to military, law enforcement, and first responders. This discount is only available in-store, and some brand names are excluded.

ORDER STATUS

If you need to reach out to us about your order, please include the order number or email address used to place the order.

Watch your email for tracking information. This information will not be available until after an order has shipped. The carrier may not provide feedback on the package location for 12-24 hours, so don't worry if the tracking doesn't update right away!

Orders are usually processed in 1 business day. We don't sell items we don't have physically in stock. No drop shipping, no pre-orders.

You'll be able to select a shipping method at checkout and see the estimated time in transit before moving forward. Depending upon the destination and shipping method, the time for a package to arrive varies. International and OCONUS APO/FPO/DPO orders can take longer and may not always have reliable tracking updates.

Same or next-day in most cases. Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST Monday to Friday will be processed and sent out the same day. Orders placed after that will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after the cutoff time will be processed Saturday if possible , but may have to wait until Monday or the following business day. Watch out for federal holidays as well, if your order is placed on the weekend of a Monday federal holiday, the package won't go out until Tuesday!

They won't be! We operate on a live inventory system, we only sell items we physically have in hand. We work hard to ensure that our inventory is up to date  and 100% correct at all times. If the rare case that an item comes up missing in the warehouse and we cannot meet our delivery window, we will contact you directly with potential remedies.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30-days, both in-store and online.

Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To receive your RMA please contact the customer service department. Offbase Supply Co. does not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders. All returns must have an authorization number written on the outside of the box in order to be processed. Returns without an authorization number will be returned to sender. Restocking fee may be assessed if this procedure is not followed.

We are not able to accept returns on items that are used, when the item is no longer in salable condition or when hygiene prohibits it. An example of this is used eyewear, undergarments, or ear protection that inserts into the ear. We also cannot accept returns of perishable food products. Items in our clearance section are also final sale, and cannot be returned.

If you receive a package with damaged products, please contact Offbase Supply Co. customer service at your earliest convenience. As with all returns, an RMA must be issued by customer service before products are returned.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service and we will work with you to correct the problem. The shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be met by Offbase Supply Co. Please fill out the Return Form when sending back packages. It will be provided to you via email.

SHIPPING

We ship domestically, to military APO/DPO/FPO addresses, and to many international destinations.

Our standard flat rate shipping is $7.00 within the United States. This is a basic service with a 3-5 business day delivery time. This service is free for orders over $150.00.

We also offer calculated rates from UPS and USPS at checkout if you need an item faster or if you're outside the United States. These rates are live, and are based on the weight of the package, size of the box, and delivery destination.

Yes! We are committed to providing the necessary gear to our troops at home and abroad. Some items have export restrictions that prevent them from being mailed to these addresses, but if so they will clearly say so on the product page.

Sure! You can enter different billing and shipping addresses at checkout. The ability to ship to another location other than your billing address is sometimes key to surprising that loved one with a special gift.
