RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30-days, both in-store and online. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include, but are not limited to: perishable goods such as food or medical supplies, socks, underwear, body armor, helmets, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, made-to-order items such as name tapes.
Some brands cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to: EOTECH, Hesco.
Items marked as clearance cannot be returned or exchanged. The items are final sale.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
All returns and exchanges must be approved through our portal system. Once your request is received, it will be approved or denied. We will provide instructions at that time, or reasoning for the denial. Once the return or exchange arrives, it must and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process.
REFUND AMOUNT
Sale prices or promotions may affect the total amount of the refund processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please ensure the 3-5 business day period has passed. If it has, then contact your payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact form on our website.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning or exchanging items, and may use the mailing service of their choice to send items. Any shipping costs paid as part of the initial order are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
