This model is the best of both worlds, featuring the modes of the Navy/NSW model AND the Government model. The modes are available via reverse-polarity. Just flip the battery around to switch this model from Navy/NSW to Governement modes.

Sandman has been running the Gen 4 on search and rescue drills. Working flawlessly so far. The only issue is the lens scratching. I should have a few spares. As you know these dogs are brutal on gear.
