The Esstac KYWI Rifle Magazine Pouch is like no other. Utilizing a hybrid kydex and nylon design, you get all the rigidity you would expect from a kydex pouch AND the lack of noise you want from a nylon pouch. These pouches feature the Esstac Kydex Wedge Insert (KYWI) that provide the needed retention to secure your magazines without the need for bungee cord for rapid mag changes.
The midlength KYWI offers a good balance of speed and security, with enough of the mag exposed to establish a solid grip for quick reloads, yet enough coverage for a secure hold during field use. There are 4 rows of webbing on the back of the pouch. You only use the top 3 rows of webbing when mounting
Each pouch comes with four MALICE clips for attachment to gear. Pouches in Black, Multicam Black, and Ranger Green come with Black MALICE clips, while Coyote Brown and Multicam pouches come with Coyote Brown MALICE clips.
