Processing & Fulfillment
All items on our website are in stock and ready to ship. We operate on a live inventory system and do not accept backorders or drop ship from manufacturers (except in rare cases like made-to-order name tapes). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically shipped same-day.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We ship to all 50 states and US territories. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard items: $7.00 flat rate, or free on orders over $150
- Large or heavy items: $20.00 flat rate
- Expedited and carrier-specific options (USPS & UPS) are available and quoted at checkout
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We proudly support OCONUS military members and ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Military addresses are billed at domestic postage rates. However, because these shipments are considered exports under US law, export-restricted items cannot be sent to these addresses. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product page.
International Shipping
International shipping is available at rates quoted at checkout. Please note:
- Certain brands have agreements requiring their products to be shipped to US addresses only. If your order includes one of these items and uses an international shipping address, the order will be cancelled.
- ITAR/EAR-restricted items cannot be exported or sold to non-US citizens under any circumstances.
Restrictions by Destination
