The Mayflower Assault Plate Carrier (APC) is designed to provide the wearer with a high degree of mobility while providing ample surface area for mounting mission essential pouches. The upper front of the APC contains an integral admin pouch with internal elastic loops to retain pens, pencils or similar items. The front lower half of the APC has an integrated kangaroo pouch sized to hold up to three M4 sized magazines with an optional insert. The shoulder pads are the latest design “sleeve” style padded shoulder pads.

PLATE SIZE
The APC Main Carrier is available in two sizes corresponding to plate size; S/M and L/XL. The plate pockets are sized to accommodate most plate shapes and thicknesses. This includes SAPI/ESAPI cuts, with or without soft armor, and Shooter/Swimmer cuts, again either with or without soft armor. If using soft armor, only plate backers work. This does not fit any other profile soft armor.
- The S/M APC fits size Small, Medium, and 10"x12" sized plates. 8"x10" plates fit, but will be loose.
- The L/XL APC fits Large, X-Large, and 11"x14" sized plates. Medium or 10"x12" plates will fit, but will be loose.
CUMMERBUND SIZE
The Standard MOLLE Plate Pocket Cummerbund (CBN3) is designed to accept 6"x 6" hard armor plates or side soft armor inserts. Thin plates (< 0.5" Thick) fit with no additional pieces. Thicker plates (> 0.55" Thick) will require additional retention. Velocity System provides measurements on their website, but we find the cummerbunds to be more forgiving and highly adjustable to fit most users. If you use their measurements, measure at the belly button.
