The new eight-point utility cap with Anchor, Constitution and Eagle (ACE) logo is required for wear effective 1 October 2019. When wearing the cap with the ACE logo, no rank insignia shall be worn on the cover. The 8-Point is the "standard head gear". The coyote brown ball caps are optional head wear that can be worn with the Type III at the discretion of your command.
