Sizing of the carrier is based on your issued plate size. Small/Medium will hold Small & Medium SAPI Plates and similar sized Shooter Cut Plates. Soft Armor can also be inserted if it is the same shape and size. Large/Extra Large will hold Large & Extra Large SAPI Plates and similar sized Shooter Cut Plates. Soft Armor can also be inserted if it is the same shape and size.

I previously had an Agilite K19 and it was comfortable on my shoulders but it was quick to heat up while wearing it and shouldering my rifle was a struggle. The ARC V2 was a major upgrade and solved a lot of the problems I had with the K19! Very impressed with the carrier and also with how fast Offbase shipped it!!
