Originally included with the S&S Precision Nav Board, this piece was brought in separately as a handy tie down. The mils-spec elastic is terminated at each end with heat shrink tubing and a non-magnetic plastic clip. A sewn loop patch serves as an anchor when used in conjunction with hook material on a helmet or battery patch. It is great for use on a helmet as NVG or batter pack retention, but can also be used in a pinch as a simple reusable elastic band.
